Verzendkosten / Betaling

Brievenbus post (zoals bijvoorbeeld onze iX-Cleaner Whipez) wordt kosteloos verzonden binnen Nederland. Voor pakket post wordt een bedrag van € 7,50 in rekening gebracht. Voor brievenbus post buiten Nederland maar binnen de Europese Unie wordt een bedrag van € 1,00 in rekening gebracht.
De verzend kosten voor Pakketten buiten Nederland doch binnen de EU zijn variabel. De tarieven worden automatisch berekend in de check-out procedure. Betaling kan veilig geschieden middels iDeal of PayPal. Klanten uit België kunnen afrekenen met Mister Cash en buiten de Benelux kan afgerekend worden met Direct eBanking.

Shipping fee / Payment

Mailbox sized post (for example our iX-Cleaner Whipez) is free of charge within The Netherlands. Shipping fee for Parcels amounts € 7,50. For Mailbox sized post outside The Netherlands but within the European Union an amount will be charged of € 1,00.
The shipping charges for Parcels outside The Netherlands but witin the EU are variable. The rates will be calculated automatically in the check-out procedure. Payment can be arranged safely via iDeal or PayPal. Customers from Belgium can check out with Mister Cash and check outs from outside of the Benelux can be arranged with Direct eBanking.

Betaling
Op innoXplore.com kunt u de producten die u wilt bestellen op twee manieren betalen:
Via paypal: U wordt automatisch naar de veilige paypal website doorgelinkt.
Via iDeal : U wordt automatisch doorgelinkt naar de beschermde betaalomgeving van iDeal.

Levering
Zodra uw betaling is ontvangen gaan wij over tot verzending. innoXplore.com berekent de verzendkosten zoals hierboven aangegeven. Voor het buitenland moet u wel rekenen op een langere levertijd dan voor een bestelling binnen Nederland. Deze levertijd is afhankelijk van het land waar de bestelling naar verzonden wordt.
Buiten de EU zullen eventuele invoer- of douanerechten worden berekend als de bestelling in het land van bestemming aankomt. Als klant bent u zelf verantwoordelijk voor deze kosten, die van land tot land kunnen verschillen. De hoogte van dit bedrag wordt berekend door de douane van het land waar de bestelling bezorgd wordt. Indien u wilt weten in hoeverre u deze rechten moet betalen, dient u contact op te nemen met de douane van het betreffende land.
Wij rekenen behandelingskosten voor elke (per post of vracht verzonden) order. Het is dus in uw belang de door u gewenste producten in 1 order te bestellen in plaats van deze te verdelen over meerdere orders. Onze producten worden verstuurd met Post NL of door TNT of DHL Pakketservice. Echter innoXplore.com behoud zich het recht voor ook andere bezorgbedrijven te gebruiken voor de levering van uw bestelling.

Retouren
Indien u om welke reden dan ook niet tevreden bent met de door u bestelde artikelen, kunt u deze binnen 7 werkdagen kosteloos retourneren. De originele verpakking dient niet beschadigd te zijn, anders is het niet mogelijk het bedrag van de artikelen terug te storten. De verzendkosten worden niet terugbetaald.
U dient de betreffende factuur bij de goederen te voegen en op de achterzijde de reden van retourneren te vermelden. Tevens dienen de goederen deugdelijk verpakt te worden. U krijgt bij ontvangst van de producten door innoXplore.com niet automatisch een ander artikel opgestuurd. U kunt gewoon opnieuw een ander artikel bestellen indien u dit wenst.
Ondanks de grote zorg die wij aan onze producten besteden is het mogelijk dat artikelen beschadigd bij u aankomen. Indien dit het geval is kunt u eveneens kosteloos de producten retourneren.

Payment
At innoXplore.com you can pay the products you want to order in two different ways:
By paypal: You will be automatically linked to the secure paypal website to make your payment.
By iDeal transfer: You will be automatically linked to the secure iDeal payment environment to arrange your payment.

Delivery
As soon as a complete payment is received we will start processing your order. innoXplore.com does not charge any shipping costs, wherever your order has to be shipped. Orders outside The Netherlands will take some more time to be delivered than domestic orders. The delivery time depends on which country the products have to be sent to.
Outside the European Union import taxes or other local taxes could be charged (especially for large quantities of products). The amount of such taxes will be calculated by the local customs. The customer is always responsible for these costs that may vary in each country. We advise to contact them for details prior to your order.
For every order that has to be shipped we charge a handling fee. It is therefore in your interest to buy the products of your interest in one order instead of more seperate orders. We ship with Post NL or TNT or DHL Parcelservice. innoXplore.com however remains the right to use other freight or mail companies if they seem more appropriate to us.

Returns
If, for whatever reason, you’re not completely satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them within 7 workdays of receipt without charge. The original packaging however, needs to be intact, otherwise it will not be possible to refund the amount of the returned products. The shipping fee cannot be refunded.
You will need to enclose the invoice with the products and inform us on the back of it about the reasons of the return. The products will have to be properly packed. You will not automatically receive a new product. If your return is in accordance with our regulations the appropriate amount will be refunded to the account from which it was paid and you can always order a new product if desired.
Despite our great care for the products there’s always a chance that they arrive broken. In this case you can also return the goods free of charge and your money will be refunded.
